April 6th, 2023 – Silver Spring, MD – In our previous blog post celebrating our 32nd anniversary, we covered our first two core values: Family First and Fun. Those are the foundation for the other three core values which we’ll talk about today.
The third core value, Forthright, is directly connected to the first two core values Family First and Fun. We believe in a workplace that values honesty, clear communication, and a safe place for team members to share their thoughts and ideas. We use the ideas and feedback from team members to provide customers with creative and innovative solutions that can solve their problems. Being Forthright also contributes to creating a space where team members feel comfortable sharing those ideas which can lead to a more productive workplace.
Our fourth core value, Agile, is meant to support that productive workplace. The ability to pivot, adjust, and make improvements quickly is an asset to both us and our customers. Sometimes challenges can come from variables we can’t control and being able to adapt to those changing circumstances is crucial for achieving success.
