Our current roles on the government side are specifically seeking Administrative Assistants from level 1-3. These positions will perform some, if not all of the following duties, as well as other tasks as requested:

Below is the job description:

  • Maintain/facilitate large and small meetings
  • First point of contact for visiting customers, vendors, or other patrons
  • Email correspondence
  • Managing all forms of communication via phones, email, or other sources
  • Maintain inventory or logistics
  • Budget reporting
  • Processing and planning travel arrangement

Necessary Background:

  • Years of experience based on the level of the position
  • Strong communication skills both written, and spoken. As well as by phone, by hand, or electronically
  • Proven calendar management experience
  • Experience using government budget software
  • Very skilled using Microsoft Office software
  • Skilled using government logistics software
  • Experienced using government travel processing, and planning software
  • Education will depend on the level of the position
