Our current Administrative Professional roles on the private business side will range from front desk to management positions, requiring multiple different levels of experience. Those candidates will perform most or some of the following duties:
Below is the job description:
- First point of contact for customers and vendors
- Managing phone lines
- Monitor incoming mail, packages, and emails
- Taking messages, distributing messages, and distributing mail
- Escorting visitors to the appropriate location within the organization
- Manage appointment books, calendars, and schedules
- Perform minor bookkeeping duties, and assist with expense reports
- Monitor patron or customer feedback
Necessary Background:
- Experience supporting high ranking staff, depending on specific position
- Ability to operate basic communication software, ranging from phones, computers, and other electronic forms of communication
- Ability to organize calendars, and schedules
- Strong writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Motivated to succeed
- Time management skills
- Organization skills
- Level of education depending on specific position
- Ability to work independently, and with a team
- Well versed with Microsoft Office Software
