Yes, many of our employees have gained full-time, permanent employment through us, through outright permanent placement or, as is more likely, temp-to-perm positions. However, the majority of our placements are temporary in duration, and last anywhere from a single day to a full-calendar year.
After your resume has been reviewed by one of our recruiters, we will then schedule you to come in to the office and go through our registration process. This registration process includes testing on Microsoft Office Suite and various administrative skills.
After testing, you will then meet with a recruiter for an interview to discuss what makes you suitable for the types of positions we staff for. The entire process typically takes between 1½ to 2 hours.
Placement time varies from one week to the next. We have new assignments coming in every day, but we also have new candidates registering every day. You can help speed up this process by making yourself as marketable, flexible and available as possible. It also helps to tailor your resume to specific opportunities to highlight any relevant experiences and skills.
No, we do not separate our candidates into temporary employees and permanent placement employees. When an assignment becomes available that matches your skill set and experience, no matter the length, we will discuss it with you.
