A woman is presumed to be economically disadvantaged if the following criteria is met:

  • A personal net worth is less than $750,000
  • Adjusted gross yearly income averaged for the three years preceding EDWOSB certification does not exceed $350,000
  • Fair market value of all assets does not exceed $6 million
