Kutia Swinney is a recent college graduate with a bright future. She is motivated, enthusiastic and goal-oriented. She obtained her degree in Business Administration from Rowan University, and now seeks the opportunity to get a steady career started by getting more experience. She has her heart set on obtaining a position in an Administrative role and working her way up the ranks. She is a quick learner, a hard worker and self-motivated. She is able to work solo and begin tasks without someone needing to get her started. She has already gained significant experience, working in Administrative Services roles while obtaining her education. Edward is a recent college graduate with several internships under his belt and is now looking to gain some experience where he can make a living, gain experience and start a career. In his last internship, he supported a congressman doing a multitude of tasks, ranging from managing phone lines, managing the schedule, recording minutes, doing research and any other administrative tasks. He has a background and education in Law and Politics. Edward is well versed in Microsoft Office programs, scoring well in all of the assessments given to him. Edward stands out, with his professionalism, communication skills and ambition. He enjoys a fast-paced environment, where he can remain stimulated. Solving problems or creating solutions is a true talent that he possesses. He follows directions closely, but also provides his opinion if he feels that it may benefit the team. No organization would be disappointed having Edward on their team.
Ronald Cortez is a very experienced Facilities Manager, with a number of years working in both the government and private sector. He is a charming professional with the communication skills to work well with a team or to communicate with outside vendors. Not to mention, he is bilingual, being able to speak both English and Spanish fluidly – a tool that most individuals in his position do not possess. He understands the importance of maintaining a budget while still getting quality work from vendors or service providers. He has a knowledge of tools such as CAD and Visio. He has experience creating floor plans to efficiently place furniture or personnel in an office space. He is well versed using Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. His PowerPoint skills are especially useful when making presentations of plans. In his current position he manages a security system using S2 and is the main point of contact for implementing this system in different offices involved with his current company. He is an expert working with Office Management, Inventory Management and Facilities Management.
